We create your house either with the unique LUXHAUS climatic-wall-technologie (tested and recommended by the Building Biological Institute (IBR) in Rosenheim) with a „turnkey“ construction period of approx. 3 months (from building permission and technical clarification) or with a very good clay brick (Termoacilla – stone similar to poroton bricks/ perforate brick) or aerated concrete (Ytong). Brick on brick with solid ceilings, with a construction period of about 10 months.

Your CASA MEVA solid house has all the constructive and building-physical positive characteristics of a solid house. Steel concrete belts, window/ door lintels and ceiling tile joints are provided with suitable insulation in the outer wall area. Alternatively, your shell can also be done with the LUXHAUS Climatic wall technology (tested and recommended by the Building Biological Institute (IBR) in Rosenheim). The immense steadiness of the Climatic wall of approximately 500 kg load capacity per screw is based on the massive bonding. In combination with the diffusion permeability this wall structure is unique.
